Meta Control 3000
For cardiopulmonary diagnostics combine spiroergometry and ECG with a wide range of peripherals. The standard scope of delivery includes the spiroergometer METALYZER® 3B or METAMAX® 3B, a custo med 12-channel ECG, the application programmes MetaSoft® Studio and custo diagnostic as well as the rolling cart CORTEX mobile PLUS. Numerous useful additions such as the SpO2 module for measuring oxygen saturation, a PC workstation and the CORTEX bike M are offered as optional equipment. Reliable Respiratory Gas Analysis
For successful spiroergometry it is very important that the mask fits perfectly and is fixed tightly. To ensure optimum fitting, the breathing mask sets are available in various sizes and fits for adults and children.

Measuring Blood Pressue Automatically
You have the option to automatically measure your blood pressure – by using e.g. the SunTech Tango M2 monitor.

Ergometers and Treadmills
The bike M* product of CORTEX is an ergometer especially designed for medical purposes and sports medicine usage. Further products are available on request. Thanks to various software interfaces all CORTEX systems can be combined and linked to ergometers and treadmills of renowned manufacturers. If needed and on request, we offer individual solutions based on other devices and equipment.

All Modules Smartly Integrated
The rolling cart CORTEX mobile PLUS offers sufficient room for all testing tools and computer equipment. When using the mobile spiroergometer METAMAX® 3B, CORTEX delivers an appropriate holder for the meta control 3000 device.

Calibtrating Reliably 
To ensure optimal and long-term operability of the spiroergometric systems, CORTEX offers according calibration sets. The sets allow the user to calibrate the gas, volume and pressure sensors himself on a regular basis in a cost-efficient way. 

Monitoring the Cardiac Function
Numerous ECGs and heart rate monitors can be added to the spiroergometric system. CORTEX recommends for example the following products:

Individual Software Extensions
The various software extensions of MetaSoft® Studio allow an easy and user-friendly handling of the daily test routines. If the focus is on a fast and reliable analysis of medical data, then benefit
from Wasserman’s principles of interpretation or conduct pre-operative risk assessments – these are very useful tools. MetaSoft® Studio offers numerous export possibilities and interfaces for an easy and safe data transmission in spreadsheet
applications and information systems for medical practices and / or hospitals.
